The Tree of Life

A Baobab tree
Waits and sees
Just before
The change of seasons
To relish fully
To savour fully

Humility is what the tree
Possesses and needs
As inner strength
As inner reserves

Patience is the leopard
Waits and sees
Following the wisdom
Of the tree
To hunt wholly
To savour wholly

Tenacity is what the leopard
Possesses and needs
As inner instincts
As inner survival

バオバブの木は 
待っている
季節の移り変わりを目の前に
活用するために
満喫するために

謙虚さはバオバブの木が
持ち、必要とするもの
内なる強さとして
内なる蓄えとして

忍耐はヒョウの力
待っている
バオバブの木の知恵に従い
ひたすら狩りをするために
全て味わうために

粘り強さはヒョウが持ち
必要とするもの
内なる本能として
内なる生存本能として
